Fairways House is a state of the art building that offers top class facilities.

Working Space:

If you decide to rent desk space in Fairways House, you won't be just a tenant, you'll become one of the Fairways House partners, with access to a wide range of top class services.

We have a fully cabled meeting room with capacity for 40 people (theatre style), four seminar rooms, telephone and video conferencing, colour printers, photocopiers, networking, broadband internet access, pool laptops and data projectors.

Depending on the package you choose you can have full professional ICT service and support, or simply desk space for your own printers linking to your own systems.

Cleaning services are provided and you will have the benefit of our professional reception staff and support from the Office Co-ordination Team.

Fairways House is compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act and is an excellent example of how a modern building should cater for visitors and staff whatever their level of mobility.

Morar or Glass

Capacity: 8 boardroom

Cost: £60 full day/£35 half day

Garten or Morlich

Capacity: 6 boardroom

Cost: £60 full day/£35 half day
